Method of use
It can be used alone or diluted with water. This product is packed in 200kg plastic drum to prevent exposure to the sun and stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse with a shelf life of 2 years.
Dispersant in all kinds of food role:
1. Used for ammonium chloride, ammonium bicarb, ammonium nitrate and other moisture absorption easy caking fertilizer anti-caking agent, and will not affect the soil structure. It can also be used for preventing agglomeration and dispersion of pharmaceutical powders and other industrial ultrafine powders.
2. Used in pigment and coating industry, it can guarantee the gloss of coating and pigment coating film, improve leveling, improve coloring and hiding power, prevent floating color and settlement, improve production efficiency and storage stability of coating.
3. In the ceramic industry, it can be used as ceramic grinding water reducing agent and reinforcing agent. Can significantly reduce the production water consumption, improve mud performance, can significantly reduce the viscosity of mud, improve the dry strength of the body.
4. As a detergent, it disperses dirt particles and calcium soap dirt, chelates metal ions, and has a strong adsorption force on dirt particles. Decontamination and acid and alkaline resistance is much better than sodium tripolyphosphate and nitrilotriacetic acid.
5. As a scale inhibitor and dispersant in cooling circulating water, it can effectively prevent the deposition of calcium carbonate, calcium phosphate, iron oxide, clay, silt and other sediments. It is especially suitable for inhibiting the deposition of iron oxide or iron salts in cooling water systems with high hardness, and it is also applicable in alkaline water treatment systems (pH: 6-11).
6. In the paper industry, can be mixed with most pigments to get low viscosity and high solid content of paint, can improve the fineness of pigments, dispersion system stability, improve the softness of paper, strength, whiteness, water retention, not easy hydrolysis, non-flammable, non-toxic, non-corrosive.
7. Used as water-reducing agent and reinforcing agent on special cement.
