Method of use
1. Prepared with deionized water, using concentration at the time of flocculation is 0.5-1 ‰, preparation temperature should not be more than 50 ℃.
2. Add water into the dissolving tank, open mixer, polyacrylic acid sodium, slow scatter, continue to stir the powder is completely dissolved.
3. Stirring usually takes 1 hour to fully dissolve. If the powder mixture is insufficient or clumps, it will affect the service performance and even cause deposition, blockage of pipes and dosing pump.
4. Stirring speed should not be too fast, otherwise it will destroy the molecular chain of sodium polyacrylate. In order to avoid the transmission of solution when reducing the molecular weight, because avoid the use of centrifugal pump and gear pump.
5. The dosage is determined according to different USES, and the best dosage can be obtained through small tests.
